Developed and made on our demand after using the OEM radiator on track which often failed to keep the engine cool enough.
Aluminium race radiator to fit plug and play on the Aprilia RS 125 1992-2012.
Uses the same mounts as the OEM part, core is 4 cm thick (OEM is 2,5 cm).
Better cooling capacity, 5-10 °Celcius cooler operating temperature.
Bottom tube more inclinated for optimal flow, Allen bleeding screw with O-ring.

(verified owner)This is a very well manufactured Radiator and packaged. I installed it using the original hoses and its performance suprised me. Even tho I am still running the Thermostat, it sufficiently cools down the engine. Its operating temperatur is still the same at 72° but more stable. Stop and Go traffic wont overheat the engine and it cools down faster. I’d advice everyone to buy this thing because the original aprilia cooler is just insufficient and does not look as nice as this one.
Note: Replace the bleeding screw with the original one.
