Race parts are not allowed on public roads !

Cleanly processed aluminium cylinder with Nikasil coating from Scauri for Parmakit. Comes with a very high quality VERTEX piston (Ø=63mm) with two 1 mm thin steel rings and a solid CNC head (exception TSV ECV = cast head) with centering in the raceway.
All cylinder variants have the same overflow layout with four generously sized main overflow ports and a boost port.

Parmakit has been differentiating between the following versions since 2019:

  • TSV ECV Classic = 1 oval outlet window, one-piece cast cylinder head
  • TSV09 ‘Puffo’ = 3 outlet windows (main + two auxiliary outlets), one-piece CNC cylinder head (blue)
  • TSV09 ‘Red Devil’ = 2 outlet windows (large outlet with bridge), two-piece cylinder head (red), screw flange
  • TSV66 = Bigbore, cylinder bore of 66mm (195 / 205cc), housing has to be spindled on

CYLINDER VERSIONS

Each version selected, the cylinders differ in exhaust design.

 

The ‘Puffo’ version (Italian = smurf), has two additional exhaust windows, making the cylinder ideal for use with a sports exhaust system. It offers more potential than the ECV due to the increased exhaust area, but a subsequent exhaust machining is more costly due to the two small secondary outlets.
The CNC machined solid aluminium cylinder head offers more reserves and a better temperature stability than the cast head of the ECV cylinder.

The Red Devil has the greatest performance potential with its large, two-part exhaust window and also offers the best possibilities to modify the exhaust port later with its bolt-on exhaust flange. The two-part head with an internal, separate calotte makes it easy to modify the combustion chamber according to your own specifications.

The large surfaces and moderate timing of the cylinders predestine them as powerful tourers. With the right exhaust system, outputs of around 17-20 hp are possible without further processing. With increased control angles and further cylinder processing (exhaust) the cylinder can also develop significantly more power.

delivered circumference
Included in delivery are six foot and five head gaskets, each 0.2mm thick, for adjusting the control angle and the squeezing edge. This makes it possible to use a crankshaft with 60 mm stroke and to adjust the cylinder to the longer stroke. The increased control angles bring more speed range and a higher torque / power. For touring engines, however, a crankshaft with 57 mm stroke is completely sufficient and is usually more sensible in everyday operation.
