Description

All Vespa brake light switches are operated when installed. This means that the pedal already presses on the spring-loaded actuating pin when not in use. Therefore we always name the function of the switches the same way they work when installed.

If you hold the switch loosely in your hand, however, the circuit diagram is exactly the other way round than we have specified.

When converting to an electronic 12V ignition, a brake light switch type “normally open” is always required.
