Clutch tool for Rotax 122 Aprilia rs 125 ’92-’12

To be used in combination with a flat screw driver or allen key (depends on the adjustment bolt you have)

Clutch adjustment ROTAX 122 :

-loosen the lever adjustment screw at the handle bar to “0”

-Loosen counter nut (11 mm) in the clutch cover with a 11 mm socket

-put the clutch tool on the 11 mm counter nut

-screw the flat screw (or the allen bolt) clockwise until you feel light resistance. ( do not use force !)

-turn the screw (or allen bolt) counter clockwise half a turn (180°) and fasten the counter nut with the clutch tool, holding the inner screw in its position

-Adjust the clutch cable with the adjuster at the lever until you have 2-3 mm slack on the lever.
